LONDON—It’s not uncommon for property investors to put their money into a property for a short time and then have it go down in flames.
But that hasn’t been the case for the owner of an empty property in the middle of Lake Worth.
That’s because the property has already burned down.
According to the Florida Department of Transportation, the property is owned by a property developer called The Lake Worth Group, which is one of several property development companies active in the state.
But the owner didn’t buy the property to sell, but rather to invest in an abandoned property.
“It was an interesting opportunity for me,” said Joe Toth, who owns the property with his brother, Matt.
“There’s a lot of empty land in Florida.
It was nice to see a property that was vacant for a long time go up for sale.”
The Toths bought the property in 2008 for $12.9 million, but it sat empty for years.
After a dispute with the developers, the developers decided to sell the property and move it into their own development.
“The Lake Worth property was very, very vacant,” Matt Toth said.
“The last owner had gone on a vacation, so there was no one there.
It had been abandoned for quite some time.”
The couple bought the abandoned property in 2011, and moved it to the Lake Worth Village, where they were able to turn the property into a small apartment complex.
The complex is located in a former military base, and the apartment complex itself was once home to a restaurant.
Toth and Matt Tath were able the property for around $300,000, which means that the value of the property dropped by about 20%.
The Lakeworth property, however, isn’t the only empty property that has gone up for auction.
Last week, the Los Angeles County Department of Housing and Community Development announced that a $5 million dollar lakefront home that once belonged to a retired soldier in the area had sold for $7.6 million.
The city of West Palm Beach has also sold a former school for $9.8 million.
The property was once the home of a large auto repair shop, and it sits just off of I-95.
