BUFFALO, N.Y. — Boston Properties is looking for a home that is not in a neighborhood of luxury or posh amenities.
The developer is looking to sell its two-story brick-and-mortar building on West 14th Street in Boston for $2.6 million.
It is one of two houses in the building for sale that are listed as on the National Register of Historic Places.
“We’ve always had an interest in the neighborhood,” said Bob Ettelman, president of Boston Properties.
“It’s been an amazing neighborhood since we opened our doors a few years ago.”
The company owns the property for about $1.9 million, which would make it the third-lowest-priced sale in the city.
In February, a home for sale on West 15th Street sold for $1,624,000.
A home for rent in the area for $735,000 was also on the national register in June.
