The Wall Street Journal reports that Amazon.
Com Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN) will sell the majority of its Boston Properties properties to residential property management company Boston Properties.
The move will see the company acquire the bulk of the property portfolio.
Boston Properties is a real estate investment trust that has owned the majority, or about 30%, of the properties owned by Amazon.
The company will retain ownership of the remaining properties, but will sell off some of them, according to the Wall Street Post.
